With 26 years of service at IPL Brightgreen, Danny brings a depth of site knowledge and hands on experience that few can match. As Operations Manager he oversees production, engineering and projects, guided by a simple belief that there is always a solution. He is now using his experience to lead the production team towards a more structured way of overcoming the issues they face daily, building clear, repeatable approaches to problem solving. His track record includes oversight of a £4 million Pre-sorted Recycling Facility installation and a genuine commitment to developing people, most recently guiding the company’s latest apprentices through to successful completion at HNC level.
Logistics Manager
Chris has been part of the IPL Brightgreen team for almost 18 years, progressing from Production Manager to his current role as Logistics Manager. During his time leading production, he championed continuous improvement across the site, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing waste to deliver substantial cost savings for the business. Today, Chris oversees the smooth running of the logistics office and yard, making sure every order and delivery leaves site on time and to the standard our customers expect. His combination of production expertise and logistics leadership means he understands the full journey of our products, from manufacture to dispatch.

With a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management, Kate brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years in the profession, spanning diverse sectors including retail, manufacturing and finance.
